Strength and conditioning sessions have been designed to boost your performance and longevity on the bike by keeping you injury free, strong and mobile.

A 45-minute session will help you to fill the gaps in your cycling.
Sessions will challenge even the strongest and fittest. We recommend a good base level of fitness for these sessions.
Sessions will commence in February 2017:
- Tuesdays 7pm
- Thursdays 5:30pm
- Friday 6:15am
