Silver Membership

Up to 2 sessions per week
  • Can be used for Pilates and Group Training Sessions

Bronze Membership

1 session per week
  • Can be used for Pilates and Group Training Sessions

Terms and conditions of membership
  1. This contract gives you unlimited access to Group Exercise classes at Eat Play Thrive
  2. This autopay will occur on a fortnight basis from your nominated bank account or credit card. We will not change the frequency or amount of your direct debit payment without prior approval
  3. A once off administration fee of $2.20 for account set-up will occur.
  4. If paying via a bank account you will incur a cost of $1.10 per transaction. If paying via credit card (Visa/Mastercard accepted) you will incur a cost of 2.2% (min $1.10)
  5. Should you wish to suspend or terminate this autopay please provide us with 14-days written notice. This can either be done via email or please request a suspension/termination form at reception
  6. The minimum term of this contract is 3-months
  7. A maximum of one session per day is allowed on this membership. Occasionally our software allows individuals to book in for multiple sessions in a day. Please note that this is a system glitch and we would greatly appreciate if you don’t take advantage of this.
  8. There is a maximum suspension period of 8 weeks per year that can be implemented on this contract
  9. There is a minimum suspension time of 2 weeks with any suspension.
  10. All autopays are non-transferable and non-refundable i.e. All direct debit payments are restricted to the individual with whom the original direct debit request has been made.
  11. Receipts are issued on a fortnightly basis via email.
  12. If you are unable to make it to a session that you have booked into, please provide us with a minimum of 12 hours notice, thereby freeing up spots for those on the waitlist. Classes can be cancelled online or via the Eat Play Thrive app. Please understand that Eat Play Thrive is a boutique studio with limited spots in classes. We understand that occasionally ‘life happens’, you may wake-up unwell or have a sick child or parent that needs to be looked after. We understand that under these circumstances a class may be missed without providing us with 12 hours notice. Please be aware that we are flexible around such situations and will always give you the benefit of the doubt. Please email or give us a call to let us know your situation. However should classes be booked and unattended on a regular basis, thereby taking up spots and preventing others from attending classes to which you are not showing up to on an ongoing basis, Eat Play Thrive will charge you at a fee of $20 per class for these classes. We will contact you to discuss this situation and the amount will be debited from your nominated account or credit card.
  13. We may vary any of the terms and conditions outline at any time by giving you at least 14 day notice
  14. As stated by Ezidebit, it is your responsibility to ensure cleared funds are available in your nominated bank account/credit card to meet the direct debit payment. If a debit is returned unpaid by your financial institution, Eat Play Thrive will send through an invoice for the amount owing plus at $10 administration fee. It is then expected that the amount owing is paid in full immediately. If a debt remains, Eat Play Thrive reserves the right to deny you access to sessions until such time as payment has been made.
