Experience
Keira’s chiropractic journey began when she first attended a chiropractor at age 16. Her brother was seeking relief from football related back pain, which was improving with chiropractic adjustments. Keira had no symptoms or issues she was aware of but after receiving adjustments realized she felt better. But if nothing was wrong, how could this be? This sparked an interest in the body, how it worked and how optimal health and function could be achieved.

Keira graduated from RMIT in 2008 and has been in private practice for over 7 years. She spent two of those years working in Canada and now practices in both Malvern East and Gippsland.

Keira uses a wide range of chiropractic techniques including manual adjusting, Sacro-Occipital Technique, Activator Methods Chiropractic Technique, several cranial techniques and Neuro Emotional Technique to name just a few. She is also a Pilates instructor here at Eat Play Thrive.

Keira enjoys working with people of all ages, from newborns right through to the elderly as well as pregnant women.

Types of Appointments available with Keira

Initial consultation $90
This is a 30-minute appointment that involves a general history plus more specific questions about the main reason for your visit. This is followed by a thorough examination of the whole body, including functional testing to provide a baseline level of body function. A chiropractic adjustment is generally provided on the first visit.

An initial consultation fee also applies if it has been longer than 2 years since your last visit.

Report of Findings $90
This is also a 30-minute consultation, where the findings of your initial visit are discussed and a treatment plan is recommended. A chiropractic adjustment is also provided on this visit.

Review $70
Every 12 visits a re-evaluation is performed. This allows us to measure your progress, make adjustments to your chiropractic care and determine new goals.

Re-examination $70
This appointment is for patients who have previously had chiropractic care at Eat, Play, Thrive but who haven’t had an adjustment for over 6 months. It is a longer appointment and allows time to discuss any new conditions or changes to medical history.

Standard Consultation $55

Family Rate $50
The family rate applies when two or more family members come to EPT for chiropractic adjustments on the same day.
