Hot Yoga!!!
‘Grass Roots Yoga predominantly teaches Moksha Hot Yoga which is a green, clean, hot yoga series that stretches, strengthens and tones the muscles while detoxifying the body and calming the mind.’

This quote pretty much sums up my experience from this mornings session at Grass Roots Yoga.

An early morning 16km run with a few good friends (Jess the dog too) resulted in my legs being a bit weary and my body in need of some TLC.

Having done quite a bit of Yoga over the past several months, Vicky had seen the signage for Grass Roots Yoga advertising Hot Yoga, and wanted to give them a try. She looked up their website and booked two spots for us online last night.

As this was only my 3rd ever Yoga session I don’t feel qualified enough to accurately appraise or rate the quality of the instructor and the session.
I did enjoy the session (or practice as it should really be called), and would be keen to try out their other classes on offer.
