How do they do it?
Running, jumping, climbing, etc day after day without a care in the world. And having loads of fun in the process.
I’ve always said that any exercise or training you do needs to be enjoyable otherwise there’s no point in starting.

Keeping with this theme… Each day this week, there will be a new kids play activity that will ensure you get a sweat up and have fun doing it.

Today…
You know that tree stump in our backyard??? The one that the kids climb on, jump off, climb on, jump off, climb on, jump off… To infinity.
Tree Stump drills:
1. Step ups – 10x each leg
2. Climb up, jump off – 10x
3. Jump up, climb off – 10x
4. Push-ups (feet on ground, hands on tree stump) – x10
5. Push-ups (feet on tree, hands on ground) – x10
6. Bunny hops (hands on tree stump) – x20

Repeat as much as desired – as long as you’re having loads of fun.

If you guys don’t have a tree stump in your garden and want to give this a go, use your imagination – just like a kid would do… Go to a local park and make use of the play equipment or use ‘natures playground.’

Have fun and don’t make me call you twice to come inside for bath time.
