Being on holiday doesn’t mean that you need to throw in the towel and undo all that great training that you’ve worked on for the past several months. I’m inspired to train harder when I’m away. There’s more inspiration from my surrounds. I found this perfect workout station on the waterfront whilst out for a “reconnaissance” walk with the family on our first day in Merimbula, NSW. The next morning, I was up early for a mountain bike ride on some nearby trails (very awesome tracks!), and later that day we cycled together as a family to a nearby beach for a refreshing swim. When we cycled back into town, the family headed back to our holiday unit. I said that I would be back in 45 minutes (for my little pull-up workout fix!). It doesn’t look like it, but it was after 6pm when I started this workout. Great way to bookend the day!
