The wind has been rattling our windows and doors all day today and so I have been ever so grateful for my RRR day today.
Back to it tomorrow and what better way than to hammer it out for a solid half hour. This is the set, I reckon you’ll be wishing for the seconds and minutes to tick over a lot faster than they will be:
5 minute jog warm up
Then:
2 min run effort (90%)
100 x skips
50 x step runs
25 x step jumps
1 min run effort (90%)
100 x skips
50 x mountain runs
25 x knee tucks (using a foam roller)
And just keep repeating this through for HALF AN HOUR!!
