Tam has a range of experience in the fitness industry, from being an outdoors trainer to running her own personal training business. Tam recently attended an empowering mentorship with O.D. on Movement, one of the leaders in the functional training field.
About Tam
Tam is a movement coach. She is passionate about helping people to move better in their everyday lives to promote longevity and she helps people who don’t like traditional gyms. Tam regularly competed in triathlons and fun runs before taking a ‘kid break’ and she now focuses on effective movement training, both for herself and her clients. Tam brings a range of equipment and training techniques into her sessions and her clients bring their own laughter and joy. Tam’s sessions combine fun and games that elevate the heart rate and challenge the mind and body to be their best. Tam regularly pursues further educational training and development to keep her sessions fresh and challenging and currently pursues educational movement coaching with specialists in the field.
Tam teaches a number of Group Training classes and is available for Personal Training sessions by appointment
